The Municipal Government Of Naujan - Bids & Awards Committee, Through Its Annual Budget 2024 And Supplemental Budget No. 2 - 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Five Pesos And 73/100 Only (₱1,400,265.73) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Box Culvert At Sitio Centro, Barangay Malvar, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro/ Mgn-infra 2024-030. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Naujan- Bids & Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Construction Of 10.0ml X 5.0mw X 2.0md Box Culvert (two Barrel) With 0.30mw X 2.20mh X 2.5ml Wing Walk (both Sides, Upstream & Downstream). Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 52 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To 50% Of The Contract To Be Bid, Provided That, Contractors Without Similar Contact, Provision Under Section 23.4.2.4 Of The Revised Irr Will Apply. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
