Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Oriental Mindoro Municipality Of San Teodoro Invitation To Bid For The Purchase And Delivery Of Materials For The Installation/maintenance Of Solar Streetlights No. 2024-57 October 28, 2024 1. The Municipality Of San Teodoro Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five Pesos Only (php 860,695.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) From 20% Development Fund, To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase And Delivery Of Materials For The Installation/maintenance Of Solar Streetlights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Teodoro Now Invites To Bid For Materials. Delivery Of Materials Is Required Within Twenty Five (25) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 5.
