Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Oriental Mindoro Municipality Of Gloria Ib No. 2024-050 Completion Of Barangay Hall In Barangay Mirayan 1. The Municipality Of Gloria, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 1, Appropriation Ordinance No. 3 2024 Under The 20% Development Fund (office Of The Municipal Engineer) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Completion Of Barangay Hall In Barangay Mirayan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gloria Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
