Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipal Government Of Victoria Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Forty (140) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed At Least One Contract That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid And Whose Value Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
