Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Oriental Mindoro Municipality Of Gloria Barangay Balete Invitation To Bid Itb No. 2024-01 Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Installation Of Water System (free Flowing) 1. The Barangay Balete Through The Inter-agency Assistance Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php. 60,600.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials For Installation Of Water System (free Flowing). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Balete Of Gloria, Oriental Mindoro Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For Installation Of Water System (free Flowing). Delivery Of The Materials Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
