Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of 300 Boxes Of Vitamins (sodium Ascorbate, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate) For Denr Oriental Mindoro 1. The Denr Penro – Oriental Mindoro, Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 300,000.00) Being The Budget For The Contract To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 300 Boxes Of Vitamins (sodium Ascorbate, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate) For Denro Oriental Mindoro / Denr-orm-046-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Budget For The Contract Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Denr Penro – Oriental Mindoro Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Bidder Must Have A License To Operate As Drug Trader. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
