The Municipal Government Of Bansud – Bids & Awards Committee, Through Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos (p 5,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of Farm To Market Road Phase Ii At Sitio Maligaya Barangay Villapag-asa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Bansud – Bids & Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Concreting Of 403 L.m. Road (w=5.00 M, 0.20m Thk. Pccp, 0.23m Thk. Aggregate Subbase Course) With 1.0m Shoulder. Completion Of The Works Is Required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To 50% Of The Contract To Be Bid, Provided That, Contractors Without Similar Contact, Provision Under Section 23.4.2.4 Of The Revised Irr Will Apply.
