Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Teodoro Now Invites To Bid For 4 Units Aircon. Delivery Of 4 Units Aircon Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Instructions To Bidders. 3.
