The Barangay Government Of Paitan – Bids And Awards Committee, Thru Its Continuing Appropriation Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Only (p206,417.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply & Delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Rehabilitation Of Water System At Different Sitios, Barangay Paitan, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Paitan – Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Supply & Delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Rehabilitation Of Water System At Different Sitios, Barangay Paitan, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Completion Of The Delivery Is Within Five (05) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Provided, That, Contractors Without Similar Contract, Provision Under Section 23.4.2.of The Revised I R Will Apply. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
