Engage An Implementing Partner (ip) For Media Development Activities, In The Framework Of The Project “assisting The National Authorities Of The Republic Of Albania To Decrease The Risk Of Weapon Prol & The Osce Presence In Albania (osce), Has A Requirement To Engage An Implementing Partner (ip) To Conduct An Assessment Related To The Standards Of Reporting On Security With Particular Focus On Salw And Gender-based Violence (caused By Firearms) Affairs, As Well As Conduct A Qualitative And Quantitative Focus Group Survey With The Media Outlets To Assess The Capacity Building Needs Of The Journalists. Based On The Findings And Recommendations, The Ip Will Develop A Handbook In English Language Regarding Media Coverage And Reporting Standards On Security, With Focus On Salw And Gender-based Violence Related To Firearms, As Well As Will Train The Relevant Media Reporters In Albania.
