The Successful Provider Will Collaborate Proactively With Key Partners And Stakeholders To Deliver A Service That Leads To Positive Outcomes For Everyone Involved. The Service Will Have Three Main Components: 1. Provide Insight Into Available Care Technologies And Their Benefits, Helping Us Select The Best Options For Our Residents. 2. Assist In The Integration And Deployment Of Chosen Care Technologies, Ensuring They Are Effectively Utilised. 3. Monitor The Effectiveness Of The Technologies In Use And Make Recommendations For Improvements As Needed. Ideally, Oldham Council Seeks To Partner With A Single Lead Provider Who Can Deliver High-quality Service And Engage Effectively With All Involved Parties. The Provider Is Expected To Meet All Key Performance Indicators (kpis) And Outcomes Specified In The Contract.
