- One similar completed work not costing less than Rs. 5,38,07,740.80/- In the case of an Incorporated Indian Joint Venture Company, the technical experience criteria can be met if:
- The Joint Venture Company by itself meets the experience criteria
- OR
- Any Partner in the Joint Venture Company having a stake of at least 26% in the Joint Venture Company meets the technical experience criteria. The required prior work experience includes details of experience and past performance of the bidder and incorporated joint venture partner, on works/ jobs done of similar nature in the past. The percentage of similar works completed is not specified, except for the 26% stake requirement for Joint Venture partners.
