The bidder must have successfully completed similar works, which are defined as any civil work excluding horticulture work. The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in one of the following ways: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% (₹ 55,63,610.80) of the estimated cost of the Group A work, b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% (₹ 69,54,513.50) of the estimated cost of the Group A work, c) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% (₹ 1,11,27,221.60) of the estimated cost of the Group A work. The estimated cost of the Group A work is ₹ 5,00,03,665.00. The bidder's experience in ongoing contracts involving multiple services will also be considered, subject to the condition that the relevant service has been satisfactorily completed. The actual executed amount shall be considered as the value of the completed work.
