Triwicon, as an in-house company of the LH Wiesbaden, was given the ownership functions and responsibilities of the event venues Kurhaus Wiesbaden with the Kurhaus Kolonnades, the Jagdschloss Platte and the Rheinmain Congresscenter (rmcc). The RMCC in Wiesbaden, which opened in 2018, is a multifunctional congress and event center with a total area of around 27,000 square meters in 45 rooms. It offers space for up to 12,500 people and allows flexible use for congresses, trade fairs, conferences and evening events. Around 100-150 national and international events take place there every year. The Kurhaus Wiesbaden (built in 1907) has 13 event rooms with the colonnades covering around 3,500 square meters. Up to 700 events are held each year, from conferences to open-air concerts. The historic Platte hunting lodge offers around 660 square meters of event space on two floors and is rented exclusively. The subject of the tender is planning, construction, service and delivery services for the construction of exhibition stands / structures and rental furniture for trade fairs and congresses, primarily in the Rheinmain Congress Center (rmcc) event venue, but also in the Kurhaus with colonnades and Jagdschloss Platte. This includes planning services including any necessary static proofs, communication, documentation for the end customer, assembly and dismantling of the exhibition structures, invoicing, participation in the creation of product-specific catalogs, delivery of exhibition and congress furniture independent of the exhibition construction, as well as services related to the exhibition construction. The principle of an independent (i.e. self-directed) service applies. This also includes the responsibility of the service provider in terms of a guarantee. Therefore, no offers are requested that involve the provision of temporary employment in accordance with the Aüg. The contract to be issued is a framework service agreement. The Protestant community center from the 1970s is being converted into a multifunctional center. Office space for the local administration and storage space for the church community will be created on the hillside floor.
