This work is taking place on an area of around 4,000 m² on levels 01 and 02 of components A+B and on the roof. The building is in continuous operation, and the affected areas are home to the Federal Police, the initial reception center of the State of Hesse and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, as well as asylum seekers. The measure will take place in construction phases, with the tenants of the respective construction phases being relocated in advance. This compulsory task is outsourced. On the quantitative scope: In the first quarter of 2024, 13 standby foster families and 112 full-time foster families were looked after by the foster care system in the Wetterau district. Full-time foster families also include relative care and full-time care in the context of unaccompanied minors (uma) and in the context of integration assistance in accordance with SGB IX. The aim is a needs-based increase in all areas of the foster care system. On the qualitative scope: Without prejudice to the overall responsibility of the public youth welfare provider, the professional tasks of the provider include: 1. In exceptional cases, taking on families in/from neighboring districts as well as advice and support in official assistance 2. Acquisition and qualification of foster carers 3. Cooperation and coordination with the actors in the youth welfare office of the Wetterau district when planning assistance 5. Exchange in the state working group on foster care 6. The focus of the measure is primarily on young people with a migration or refugee background in the transition from school to work, as well as young people in general who can already demonstrate, at best, a recognized school leaving certificate and would like to start training. When starting the measure, a sufficient understanding of the German language, both written and spoken, must be present. The Qubit measure is funded by the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration through the training and qualification budget. Quick Start 2.5 - qualification measure In the “quick Start 2.5” project, participants are taught the necessary digital skills and specialist knowledge in individually agreed appointments, which are needed for the various steps from determining their position to researching and preparing the application documents. Ultimately, the ideal outcome of the measure for the participant is placement in non-school-based training. The measure period begins on March 31, 2025 and ends on July 4, 2025. Within this time, 12 coaching appointments must be carried out per participant. The individual participation period must not exceed 14 weeks. A 14-day refill period is planned for the measure period. 35 measure places for 35 participants must be reserved for the said measure period. An increase is not possible. The actual places on the measure that are filled will be paid for. However, a minimum remuneration of 60% of the total number of places on the measure (based on the total duration) is guaranteed.

Büttelborn - project Mainzer Straße 15 and 20 The municipality of Büttelborn was included in the urban development funding program "urban redevelopment in Hesse" - since renamed "growth and sustainable renewal" - in 2017. For this purpose, an integrated urban development concept (isek) was drawn up in 2018, in which measures were recommended to sustainably improve the quality of life, living and work. The projects named below are a central building block of the urban redevelopment. The municipality of Büttelborn intends to award architectural services for the renovation and energy modernization and, if necessary, partial new development of two properties. The planning object is the two municipal properties at Mainzer Strasse 15 and 20 in Büttelborn. With regard to the individual planned measures and objectives as well as with regard to a brief description of the project including the eligible costs, reference is made to the "basic data" document and to the other tender documents; this also applies to the special services to be provided by the contractor. The applicant must also provide all basic services of service phases 1-9 in accordance with §§ 33 ff. Hoai (object planning for buildings and interiors). The tender documents and attachments are made available electronically on the Kvz tender platform. In parallel, the other specialist planning services (tga/hls/statics/open space design/building surveys) are to be tendered in separate tendering procedures, with the local contractor also to support their preparation and implementation. Public funding is also to be used for the project. For the implementation of the "Büttelborn town center" renewal measure in the 2023 urban development funding program, there are two grant decisions from Wi-bank dated December 8, 2023 and October 26, 2018. In this respect, the municipality was granted a total of €940,000 in grants from the state of Hesse, of which €470,000 is included as federal financial aid. The procedure is designed as a negotiated procedure with competitive bidding, especially since the applicants must also bring their own ideas into the procedure. There is a two-stage selection process. In the first stage, suitability criteria and references are checked to determine whether the applicant appears suitable for carrying out the project.
