Procurement of ITSM software modules and associated services (on-premises) The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a system house or a manufacturer for the procurement of software modules from a software manufacturer of an ITSM solution, which can be expanded in the long term to form a comprehensive "suite" in the sense of an integrative solution. The long-term planned "suite" is to be based on a shared database (CMDB), offer a common user interface and enable processes across the various modules. The individual modules are to be introduced gradually over the coming years, starting after the contract has been awarded with the three prioritized software modules of "software asset management (SAM)", "unified endpoint management (UEM)" and "patch management for Windows systems". The modules are each intended to cover a user group with their end devices of 1,500 people, whereby these must each include up to 3 end devices of a user within the scope of the license. In further steps, the introduction of modules of a "trouble ticket system" to support the service desk and the functions of a "self-service and request management system" for interaction with end users and for mapping workflows are planned. As part of the planned expansion, the subsequently introduced modules should be able to be integrated into the existing environment without reinstalling it or extensively adapting it, thus offering a gradually growing solution of integrated IT service management.

Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (services) Programming, hosting, maintenance and care of Typo3 projects in two lots Procurement of programming, hosting, maintenance and care of existing as well as new Typo3 projects to be created in two lots Services for 11 existing Typo3 websites for the HMSI The Hessian Ministry for Labor, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs (HMSI) is the client for Lot 1 and is responsible within the Hessian state government for the policy areas of anti-discrimination, work, securing skilled workers, flight and integration, women, children and young people, people with disabilities and social affairs. The ministries' extensive public relations work uses the possibilities of the Internet on the one hand via the presence of the Hessian state government and supplements this, thematically controlled, on the other hand via an independent thematic portal, the Social Network Hesse (www.sozialnetz.de). The social network is a presentation platform for various websites that prepare and present selected topics from the social sector in a target group-specific manner. The social network is not only the umbrella of these target group-specific websites, but also hosts them. A total of around 55 independent thematic appearances are currently being managed. After the re-establishment of the Hessian state government (beginning of 2024) and the associated division of the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration into the Hmsi and Hmfg departments, it was decided that the Social Network Hesse web platform would remain with the Hmsi. The websites that thematically belong to the Hmfg are to continue to be operated on the same technical basis, but in the future will be set up as their own Typo3 platform. The services include: 1. Care, maintenance, further development and operation of the client's existing Typo3 websites under Typo3 (version 11) and a Drupal instance that contains a login-protected project ("team room"), including the necessary security updates and other minor updates and, upon separate request, major updates. 2. Creation of new Typo3 websites for the client in the existing instances or as a new instance, as well as their subsequent care/maintenance and operation. 3. Expansion and updating of the existing database Adressen-in-hessen.de. The specifications and the desired functions are described in detail in the document "anlage_adressen-in-hessen_los1". Services for 37 existing Typo3 websites and new development for the HMFG The Hessian Ministry for Family, Senior Citizens, Sports, Health and Care (HMFG) is the client for Lot 2 and is responsible for the policy areas of family, senior citizens, sports, health and care within the Hessian state government. Invitation to submit a bid for the programming of a new website as a standard design. The specifications and the desired functions are presented in detail in the zip folder "Programming_standarddesign".
