Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation restricted procedure (services) Fulda district, structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition for the new reception building on the Wasserkuppe Fulda district, structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition for the new reception building on the Wasserkuppe ... Fulda multi-district, structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition for the new reception building on the Wasserkuppe Fulda district, structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition "new reception building on the Wasserkuppe" Haus der Offenen Fernen - new reception building on the Wasserkuppe with redesign of the surrounding area and entrance areas Fulda district, structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition for the new reception building on the Wasserkuppe Haus der Offenen Fernen - new reception building on the Wasserkuppe with redesign of the surrounding area and entrance areas The subject of the competition is the restricted structural implementation and open space planning implementation and ideas competition "new reception building on the Wasserkuppe", consisting of one part structural As well as the adjacent open spaces. The process is being carried out as an anonymous, non-open, one-phase implementation and ideas competition. The number of participants in the competition is limited to 15. The district of Fulda is planning to build a building with a reception character on the Wasserkuppe, in which rooms are planned for the Rhön Biosphere Reserve (brr), Rhön GmbH and the mountain rescue service. At the same time, ideas for the southern open space are to be developed. The Wasserkuppe, as the highest elevation in the Rhön and known nationwide as the "mountain of the aviators", is about to take a new step in development. As one of the implementations of the 2012 master plan, in which concepts for sustainable use and a guideline for the development of the Wasserkuppe were developed, the opening area is now to be designed as an attractive arrival and lingering place. The reason for this is the need of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, Rhön GmbH - Society for Tourism and Brand Management and the Hesse Mountain Rescue Service (German Red Cross) to build a central tourist information office, a weekly and gourmet market, a regional goods store, offices and project rooms, event areas, a workshop and rooms for the mountain rescue service. These uses are currently scattered across various buildings. A feasibility study examined various possible uses of existing buildings and a spatial program was drawn up. It emerged that the planned functions require the construction of a new shared reception area. This is the subject of this competition. In the open space planning part of the competition, in addition to the immediate building environment, the southern apron is to be considered and designed in an ideas section. In future, this area is to be reserved only for a limited circle of visitors and for gliding, and will only be accessible for this purpose. The overall aim is to create an attractive recreational area with as little traffic as possible, which does justice to the importance of the place and welcomes visitors.

The planning service includes service phases 1 to 7 (basic services) as well as special services. A traction current reinforcement is required for the section of the so-called Bismarckstrasse-East, between the Bismarckstrasse / Dolivostrasse junction and the middle of Willy-Brandt-Platz. To do this, the existing single overhead line is to be replaced by a cable glider overhead line with a double reinforcement line. A new overhead line system on masts and wall anchors in combination with the municipal lighting system, with a grid dimension of approx. 30.00 m, is to be planned. The lighting planning is to be coordinated with the public lighting and line coordination of the mobility and civil engineering office of the city of Darmstadt. As an additional service, surveying services in the Gauss-Krüger coordinate system, location status 100 in the connection areas and route coordination for mast foundations are to be provided. Technical data: - Length of track: approx. 650 m - Track width: 1000 mm - Nominal overhead line voltage: DC 600 V / DC 750 V - Standard overhead wire height: 5.50 m Execution planning: - Overhead wire: Ris-120 - Reinforcement line: 2 x Cu 120 mm2 - Overhead wire side system: +/- 0.35 m - Insulation: triple The current plan is to build a new system. In parallel with the renewal of the overhead line system, the existing track systems will be completely renovated and two stops will be made barrier-free. The complete renovation of the overhead line system will take place in the shadow of this construction project. Note: A site visit before submitting the offer is strongly recommended. The appointment for this will be made via the Heag Mobilo GmbH awarding office using the awarding platform.
