New construction of the Rheinstrasse bridge in Darmstadt The Rheinstrasse bridge was built between 1910 and 1912 and, after more than 100 years, is in a very poor structural condition. No fundamental repairs have yet been carried out. The overall condition can also be described as unsatisfactory according to the results of the structural inspections. The condition rating is currently 3.9. For this reason, the Rheinstrasse bridge is to be replaced by a new building. The overall project "new construction of the Rheinstrasse bridge in Darmstadt" includes the demolition of the existing structure and the replacement construction of the Rheinstrasse bridge including the connecting junctions (road construction) over a length of approx. 270m. The estimated construction costs for the overhead line systems were determined by the Ag as follows: approx. EUR 1 million (net). The services will be commissioned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service levels.

A concrete operator concept is not yet available. For the overall project "renovation of Walhalla", including the event technology planning, the basic investigation and preliminary planning based on the room concept have already been carried out. The results of the current planning form the binding basis for further planning from performance phase 3. Subject of the service to be commissioned: Specialist planning of technical equipment for system group 7 in accordance with Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021, Part 4, Section 2, § 53-56, service phases 3, 5-9 basic services. In addition, for the special services for Lph 3 and 5 to Lph 9 (according to the partial service table, appendix to the contract). Further detailed information about the services to be commissioned can be found in the attached task and service description and associated annexes (appendix 02a). Other planning services are not the subject of this tendering procedure. The basic services are remunerated on the basis of Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021. Falling below the minimum rates or exceeding the maximum rates is permitted. These are to be stated as a percentage and explained in the cover letter if necessary. The special services are remunerated at a flat rate based on the offer you submit. It is planned to award the execution work to individual trades. Cost framework: The calculation basis for the offer is the forecast construction costs for the technical systems in system group 7 (use-specific systems/event technology) according to Section 53 Paragraph 2 Hoai totaling around: System group 7 = 4.6 million euros net. If the eligible costs according to Section 54 Hoai exceed the table values, the basic services are remunerated according to the extended fee tables (rift tables).
