Other core components of the Fitko infrastructure include an application for the Univention Corporate Server (UCS) directory service and the use of the Openproject project management software for project and portfolio management. As part of the procurement project, hosting and support services as well as licenses are to be procured for the above-mentioned solution. The client is currently using the Open Project collaboration tool. Additional collaboration tools for project and portfolio management are being planned for secure collaboration.

Competition announcement – general guidelines, competition open procedure (services) Open urban development and open space planning implementation competition for the telecommunications equipment office, Heusenstamm In view of the increased need for housing in the Rhine-Main area, it is planned to develop an attractive and sustainable urban quarter with additional uses on the site of the former telecommunications equipment office and the adjacent areas as part of a future-oriented planning and building culture. The competition area has a size of around 8.2 hectares and is located in the south of the city between Heinrich-von-Stephan-Strasse and Industriestrasse. To the north and west, green residential quarters border directly on the area boundary. To the east and south there are areas with different commercial uses, such as the Rewe center, an Aldi, repair service stations and other service providers. The competition is intended to generate concepts for sustainable development of building land. The aim of the city of Heusenstamm is to develop an attractive and forward-looking urban district and to create the conditions for affordable housing to be created in a high-quality environment. In the spirit of a holistic planning approach, interdisciplinary planning teams are to create the conditions for the planning-related implementation of the urban development plan and for the design of the public space. The winner of the competition will be commissioned with the urban development framework planning, the development planning and the preliminary design planning for the public space (roads and green spaces). The services are to be awarded as a whole. The bidder is free to take on the planning as a sole proprietorship (with subcontractors if necessary) or as a consortium.
