Hoai The Hessian adult education center Burg Fürsteneck Ev intends to build a new studio building and guest house as part of the expansion of the Burg Fürsteneck Academy. The Burg Fürsteneck Academy is an educational institution for cultural, professional and socio-political further education with a long history and a formative tradition. The conversion of the listed castle complex into an educational institution according to plans by the architect Otto Bartning took place in 1952/53. In order to ensure the educational work of the Burg Fürsteneck Academy in the medium and long term and to keep it future-proof in terms of strategic development, there is currently a need for structural expansion. The planned construction project comprises two construction areas that are absolutely necessary to maintain educational operations: - A studio building to replace the existing workshop extension that is being demolished - A guest house to meet the need for single rooms and maintain the capacity of the facility. Total costs (kg 200-700, Din 276) IHV are currently estimated at around € 5.5 million gross. The milestones for implementation of the project provide for: - Start of work: October 2024 - Start of construction: early 2026 - Completion: December 23, 2027 This is a grant-funded construction measure (rzbau). The intention is to use this invitation to tender to commission the structural engineering services, service phases 1-6 in accordance with §§ 49 ff. Hoai (in stages). Fee zone III was determined for the services in the structural engineering service description, fee zone III was determined for the services in the building physics service description for thermal insulation and energy balancing, and fee zone II was determined for building acoustics. The primary school in Sindlinger Wiesen currently has 304 pupils and 15 classes with a 3.75-stream structure. In addition to this, there is one intensive class and one preparatory class with a further 30 pupils. Two smaller residential areas are being created in the school area, which will increase the school's classroom requirements with an entry level to 18 classrooms in the future. The school currently has a total of 16 classrooms available for teaching. The Main-Taunus district has taken over responsibility for school child care for the 2023/24 school year. At present, care is provided in two classrooms and in containers rented by the city of Kelkheim, some of which are in very poor structural condition. The very small cafeteria is also housed in a container, which is not sufficient in view of the legal entitlement and the increasing number of students. Currently, due to the space capacity, only around 48% of the students can be looked after in the care. To make matters worse, the capacity of the lunch supply is already inadequate and therefore not all children in care can receive lunch. An internal feasibility study determined that a structural extension of approx. 1374 m² HNF could create the necessary spatial capacity for a 4.5-stream school concept and 100% care at the location. The extension is to be built in passive house style and subsidized. The standards of the Main-Taunus district are to be observed and included in the planning. The building is to be barrier-free. It is planned to install a cistern for rainwater, which is to be used to flush the toilet. It must be checked whether the heat can be supplied via the existing heating system. The extension will have a photovoltaic system on the roof and on the existing building, and an elevator. A central ventilation system with source outlets and heat recovery without recirculation is to be planned, with electronic individual room control to regulate the room temperature and the air volume for the rooms depending on the CO2 concentration. Night cooling is also to be implemented. The Nshv is to be expanded. All classrooms will have sinks. A cook and chill kitchen is to be planned for food supply. The measure will be carried out during ongoing operations and is to be planned in such a way that school operations can continue. Since a container facility has already been built on the school premises as an interim measure, it is important to keep the schoolyard area as large as possible and to plan the construction site area with construction site equipment as small as possible.
