MoreThe Darmstadt Clinic is the municipal maximum care provider in southern Hesse and the only hospital offering comprehensive emergency care (the highest level of care). At the end of 2020, the Darmstadt Clinic put its new central building into operation: 1,000 modern beds in comfortable wards are available in one location. The hospital is characterized by modern medical technology, extensive digitization, comprehensive quality management, numerous certifications and a broad range of excellent hospital hygiene. Three intensive care units, a stroke unit, an IMC, 25 operating rooms, 22 clinics and institutes, from ophthalmology to the central emergency room: when it comes to special diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, the Darmstadt Clinic has unique selling points for the region. It is an academic teaching hospital of the universities of Frankfurt and Mannheim/Heidelberg and for nursing in cooperation with the FOM University of Applied Sciences. The GmbH, which is the largest municipal employer, has 3,350 employees. An MVZ, service companies as well as a nursing home and a residential home complete the healthcare provider. Due to the largely advanced digitalization in the company, many different systems are in use. Users have to log in to the various information systems such as the KIS or the PDMS several times a day in order to be able to work, and this for several systems. This means that the private desktop is often not locked, which may make it possible for unauthorized persons to access it. To make things easier for employees and to ensure data security, a system for rapid user authentication (SSO) is to be introduced. The details can be found in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2.

Eligible costs (from cost groups 300 and 400, DIN 276) approx. EUR 2,883,907.91. Fee zone III was determined for the services in the structural engineering service description, fee zone III was determined for the services in the building physics service description for thermal insulation and energy balancing, and fee zone II was determined for building acoustics. The primary school in Sindlinger Wiesen currently has 304 pupils and 15 classes with a 3.75-stream structure. In addition to this, there is one intensive class and one preparatory class with a further 30 pupils. Two smaller residential areas are being created in the school area, which will increase the school's classroom requirements with an entry level to 18 classrooms in the future. The school currently has a total of 16 classrooms available for teaching. The Main-Taunus district has taken over responsibility for school child care for the 2023/24 school year. At present, care is provided in two classrooms and in containers rented by the city of Kelkheim, some of which are in very poor structural condition. The very small cafeteria is also housed in a container, which is not sufficient in view of the legal entitlement and the increasing number of students. Currently, due to the space capacity, only around 48% of the students can be looked after in the care. To make matters worse, the capacity of the lunch supply is already inadequate and therefore not all children in care can receive lunch. An internal feasibility study determined that a structural extension of approx. 1374 m² HNF could create the necessary spatial capacity for a 4.5-stream school concept and 100% care at the location. The extension is to be built in passive house style and subsidized. The standards of the Main-Taunus district are to be observed and included in the planning. The building is to be barrier-free. It is planned to install a cistern for rainwater, which is to be used to flush the toilet. It must be checked whether the heat can be supplied via the existing heating system. The extension will have a photovoltaic system on the roof and on the existing building, and an elevator. A central ventilation system with source outlets and heat recovery without recirculation is to be planned, with electronic individual room control to regulate the room temperature and the air volume for the rooms depending on the CO2 concentration. Night cooling is also to be implemented. The Nshv is to be expanded. All classrooms will have sinks. A cook and chill kitchen is to be planned for food supply. The measure will be carried out during ongoing operations and is to be planned in such a way that school operations can continue. Since a container facility has already been built on the school premises as an interim measure, it is important to keep the schoolyard area as large as possible and to plan the construction site area with construction site equipment as small as possible.
