The school property of the Karl-Gärtner School (plot no. 1/6) has a size of 21,178 m². The school complex, which is listed as a cultural monument in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the Hdschg, was built in two construction phases between 1963 and 1967 by the architect Daniel Jourdan. The loosely grouped one- and two-storey, flat-roofed pavilions in reinforced concrete construction with reddish-brown clinker bricks are connected to one another via walkways and spatially enclose the school yard. The school complex consists of a main building (old building) with an adjoining administration wing and cafeteria, a toilet building, a classroom wing (new building), a pavilion building, a school gym, a youth traffic school including a workshop (see Appendix 3). The demolition of the school gym and the construction of a new double sports hall with a club extension as well as the restructuring of the administration are currently being planned. Subject of the service to be commissioned: Specialist planning services for technical equipment for system groups 4 and 5, in accordance with Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021, Part 4, Section 2, §§ 53-56, service phases 2-9.
