An indirect connection via a district heating transfer station, which is provided by the supplier, is planned. Within the technical center on the ground floor, heating circuits 1 (static heating surfaces on the ground floor) & 2 (underfloor heating) are tapped from the distributor. A feeder line runs from the central unit on the ground floor to the technical floor (4th floor), from where the remaining heating circuits 3 to 5 (rlt, static heating surfaces 3rd floor & static heating surfaces 1st & 2nd floor) are supplied. The foyer on the ground floor & hall on the 1st floor as well as other smaller areas are heated by underfloor heating. The remaining rooms have radiators. No molded parts are installed within the floor structure. Instead, heating circuit distributors are provided for the seminar areas, which are controlled by a zone valve. From there, the radiators are connected individually and without molded parts.

The line is led into the building for metering. This is followed by a further supply to the fountain on the campus square, which is looped through. The pipe is then led back into the building to supply the drinking water installation inside the building. Underground pipes are created by the civil engineering trade. The interface is located within the sanitary center on the ground floor. A rainwater cistern is topped up via a safety separation station. There is no central hot water preparation. Decentralized hot water preparation in some areas via instantaneous water heaters. Drinking water hygiene is ensured via flow dividers or flushing stations. The drinking water supply is shut off in certain rooms. The building is drained using gravity drainage (system I) in accordance with DIN 1986-100 and DIN EN 12056. All furnishings are located +0.15 m above the backflow level. The wastewater system is drained via downpipes which are transferred through the floor slab into the underground pipes. The rainwater that accumulates on the roof is fed to the downpipes inside the facade via a free-surface drainage system via roof inlets. The rainwater that accumulates on the glass roof is fed to internal downpipes. The downpipes from the roof areas of the interior atrium are fed to the external downpipes inside the building below the ceiling. A "dry" fire water system (dry risers) in accordance with DIN 14462 is currently planned for the building. For this purpose, two risers are planned on the main stairwells, each with a separate fire water feed. The water is fed in via a feed cabinet in accordance with DIN 14461-2 with a feed fitting in accordance with DIN 14461-4 in the facade directly at the external entrances to the stairwells. The feed fittings are designed in a hanging design with drainage. On floors 1 to 4, the extraction point is located in the stairwell in the immediate vicinity of the door. All extraction points are equipped with extraction fittings in accordance with DIN 14461-5 and extraction cabinets. A PN 16 ventilation valve in accordance with DIN 14463-3 is provided at the top of each line.

Its primary purpose is to improve the connection between the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, cities and municipalities, as well as to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into the planning approval sections Pfa North, Pfa Center, Pfa South I and South II. The required service includes drawing up the landscape conservation implementation plan (lap) for CEF measures for the restoration and design measures on the basis of the planning approval decision for South 1, as well as the existing plan changes up to the solution ready for implementation as the basis for compiling tender documents. This includes the textual and graphic representation of the landscape conservation measures with all the individual details required for implementation. As part of service phase 6 (preparation for awarding the contract), the contractor will draw up service descriptions with service lists with precise quantity determinations for the planned implementation of the restoration and design measures. The documents for the award of construction contracts must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority.
