Restricted tender with competitive tender (service) Darmstadt cemeteries - war graves maintenance Green space maintenance at four locations in the Darmstadt urban area of facilities of various sizes. The areas are divided into vegetation, lawns, paths and other areas. The individual sub-areas are at various locations (5 areas in the forest cemetery, 2 areas in the Eberstadt cemetery and one area each in the Arheilger and Wixhäuser cemeteries). The war graves are in partially shaded/shaded areas and are planted with permanent trees, shrubs and roses or mixed with various flower bulbs. The vegetation areas are usually closed planting areas that are in various conditions. Vegetation-related services are to be carried out at regular intervals (10 days). The paved areas made of sandstone slabs, porphyry paving and water-bound road surfaces must be cleaned. In the calendar week before the following dates, the owner undertakes to carry out the maintenance work with sufficient specialist staff. July 20th (commemoration of the resistance against Hitler), September 11th (Darmstadt fire night), Remembrance Day and Remembrance Sunday. Additional services such as road construction work/hourly wage work will be commissioned separately.
