Public tender Vob/a elevator retrofitting and barrier-free conversion of the above-ground Niddapark light rail station - shell construction, advanced measures The Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main Mbh (Vgf for short) is planning the barrier-free conversion of the “niddapark” light rail station. The measure includes all traffic systems, such as road traffic, track and platform systems with the associated technical equipment, as well as the production of three handicapped-accessible passenger elevators. The station has three levels: - Street level (approx. 101.07 m above sea level, = +/- 0.00) - Distribution or "barrier level" (approx. +104.46 m above sea level, = approx. + 3.39 m) - Entrance structures with platforms (approx. 109.83 m above sea level, = approx. +8.76 m) By concentrating the measures described below, the unavoidable disruption to passengers and residents caused by construction work should be minimized overall. The individual construction phases have been coordinated in advance in close cooperation with the Stadtwerke Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main GmbH and the City of Frankfurt am Main. This tender includes the following services: Advance measures (among others): - Demolition measures on the platform level (demolition of the A-ceiling) - Construction of the shell of the platform level (new A-ceiling and edging of the stairs) - Sealing measures on the platform level (new A-ceiling) - Stone covering of the stairs - Reprofiling work on the platform level

Public tender Vob/a Stresemannallee/Mörfelder Landstr. - Barrier-free conversion - electrical work For the barrier-free conversion of the tram and bus stop, the fundamental renovation of the adjacent street space on both sides of the STRAB stop, in this context the adaptation of the affected cycle paths and sidewalks as well as for the modification of the street lighting and the LSA, extensive civil engineering and concrete work, laying empty pipes and paving/curb work, marking work and metal railing work are to be carried out. The work is divided into 5 construction phases, starting with the street space + bus stop west of the STRAB stop, then the two STRAB platforms and finally the street space east of the STRAB stop. The existing platform equipment including lighting will be completely renewed, the technology will be optimized and equipped according to modern VGF standards with DFI and loudspeaker systems, waiting rooms, lighting masts with LED lighting, timetable display cases and ticket machines. This specifically concerns the electrical work, which roughly consists of dismantling the old system and creating the new system (new electrical distribution, cable systems, as well as the connections for end users and lighting fixtures). The stop will be expanded in several construction phases while the station is in operation, and a temporary platform will be created for the construction period. No areas can be made available, supplied materials must be processed immediately (on a daily basis). Lot 1: Electrical work Lot 2: Stresemann-Mörfelder / Electrical work Both lots are to be offered. The contract for both lots will be awarded to one contractor.
