Public tender (delivery service) Mobile urban greenery for the town of Kirchhain Delivery and assembly of mobile and modular greening and combined furnishing elements for the public space in Kirchhain's old town 2. Service description What is required is a uniform, flexible, mobile and modular system of urban furniture and greening elements to create urban recreational areas. The system modules should be able to be placed individually and combined flush with other elements of the system. The town of Kirchhain currently sees the 16 locations marked in the rough structural plan (see Appendix 1) for the upgrading of its historic old town with the help of these modular systems. It is important that the modules are particularly flexible and mobile so that they can be used at as many different locations in the town of Kirchhain as possible. The preliminary planning for this envisages the location of the mobile urban greenery in three arrangements (see also Appendix 1): Green parklets (4 planned locations): The required modules should make it possible to transform a longitudinal car parking space with the maximum dimensions of 2m wide x 6m long into a green recreational area in their maximum extent. If they are aligned towards the street, they should also be able to provide sufficient security (approx. 1.2 m high) to the street space, either individually or in combination. (e.g. consisting of 4-10 greenery and furniture elements) "green strips" (4 planned locations): With a maximum extent of 1.5 m wide x 6m long, the systems should provide additional recreational opportunities and greenery, particularly in the central and linear open space of the pedestrian zone. (e.g. consisting of 3-8 greening and furniture elements) "green islands" (8 planned locations) This compact configuration with a maximum size of 2m wide x 3m long is intended to be used in forecourts and alleys in particular. (e.g. consisting of 3-8 greening and furniture elements) To ensure easy location mobility and storage, the individual system modules should be able to stand independently and on level ground without anchoring. To ensure easy transport of the individual modules, the length, width and height of each system module should not exceed two meters and the weight of two tons, including its plants and filling. Mandatory components of the street furniture system are: - Seating module (can be combined) - At least 100 cm per character. A module for planting (smaller) trees - Modules for planting perennials, bushes, flowers, etc. A suitable drainage system for the green structure containers must be provided. If possible, the green containers should have a plant supply system that includes a water reservoir, a filling pipe, capillary tubes, drains, geotextile and root ball anchoring. Perennial green structures should be movable with the modules, ideally like an individual module. Materiality: - The materiality of the modules should be selected in such a way that safety, protection from the effects of the weather and durability are guaranteed. - When using wood, no tropical wood (even uncertified) may be used. Local wood, preferably from regional production, is required. The "Altstadt Kirchhain" design guidelines should be observed. - Required properties of all elements: O Delivery and assembly O Seating and green structure modules made of weather-resistant material O Combinations of green structure and seating elements in the same design O Modules can be set up variably and flush with one another O Free-standing, stable, without fastening to the ground O Modules can be connected using screw connections or similar to protect against theft and vandalism. 3. Contents of the offers 1. Example configurations and compilation of the system modules for the above-mentioned characters parklet, strip and island, based on three selected locations in the town of Kirchhain (see Appendix 1, detailed plans M 1:100): A.
