Kg" department store, with the city of Limburg renting the associated parking garage since January 1, 2024. The parking decks are accessible on foot and via an elevator system, although the elevator system can only be used when the department store is open. The parking decks can be reached permanently via the stairwell. In order to make the parking garage more user-friendly and accessible for disabled people, it was decided to make the parking decks permanently accessible using an external elevator system. The elevator system will only serve the first parking deck (third floor of the building), as this is where the disabled parking spaces will be set up.

This list of services covers interior and exterior plastering work. Around 1,400 m² of gypsum plaster and 350 m² of cement plaster as wall plaster are to be produced as interior plaster, including priming and other necessary work. For the exterior plaster, 650 m² of base plaster as facade and ceiling plaster, as well as 250 m² of mineral top plaster are to be produced. In addition, around 120 m of base plaster including painting and moisture protection are required. The plastering work is to be carried out on a solid structure (masonry and concrete).
