The subject of the tender is external support in the creation of the concept by the bidder (contractor) for the Marburg-Biedenkopf district (client), in accordance with the specifications of the funding guideline “Creation of an integrated pioneering concept” of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV). The use of expert, external service providers for the creation of the concept, organization and implementation of stakeholder participation as well as accompanying public relations work is funded by the federal municipal guidelines. In cooperation with the service provider, existing climate protection strategies and measures are to be updated, made more specific and made more ambitious. Public tender (service) Reactivation of employable people with multiple integration barriers 2025 The subject of the service is the introduction to the labor market of employable benefit recipients in SGB II with particular distance from the labor market in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 SGB II I in conjunction with Section 45 SGB III at the district job center in Marburg on behalf of the district of Marburg-Biedenkopf. The main aim of the measure is the (re-)activation of the described group of people. Through intensive counseling and support, all serious obstacles to integration as well as the participants' existing resources are to be identified in order to then, in consultation with case management, enable the participants to make use of further vocational integration services or to make it more likely that they will take up employment.
