The contract for the purchase of the hardware and software as well as for the care, maintenance and support (system services) is concluded on the basis of the Evb-it system contract. The use of the hardware and software is intended for two office buildings at the Wiesbaden location. 380 chip cards/transponders are required, with the option of reordering. Term of the system services: Expected from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2028 (after acceptance of the entire system). The contract is automatically extended for a further year at a time, but no later than July 31, 2030, unless it is terminated in writing by one of the contracting parties with a notice period of 6 months up to the end of the year. The installation of the hardware (time recording, access control) should begin no later than 3 months after the contract is awarded.
