This invitation to tender is looking for a specialist company that will design, build, deliver, install, intonate and tune this organ in accordance with the functional and non-functional requirements of the university. The service description attached to the tender documents defines the functional and non-functional requirements of the University of Music and Performing Arts Frankfurt (hereinafter also referred to as the "university" or "client") for the organ to be purchased. The contract, which is also included in the tender documents, regulates the performance obligations of the subsequent contractor and the commercial conditions of contract processing. Suggestions for changes to the contract can be submitted with the offer; the provider's own terms and conditions have no effect.
