Some of the existing systems are no longer able to reliably supply the new trams or the planned frequency increases, which is why the existing traction current infrastructure must be reinforced. For this, electrical systems and existing sections of overhead line systems must be reinforced. This includes the conversion of 11 track fields in 4 Gs stations and the replacement of 25 track protection devices in 11 Gs stations, as well as the delivery and installation of 12 coupling circuit breakers and 11 feed-in load-break switches, including civil engineering and cable laying measures. The necessary measures for the rectifier stations (GS-station) are divided into 15 individual measures. It can be assumed that all work must be carried out in several sections that are separated in terms of location and time.
