Public tender Vob/a Concrete repair of thickener structures 1, 2 + 3 - Rodenbach sewage treatment plant In thickeners 1 + 2, concrete repair work will be carried out inside and outside, then the inner walls will be provided with a BSK coating. After the substrate has been prepared, thickener 3 will also be provided with a BSK coating on the inner walls. After the repair, both structures will be equipped with partly new system technology on site and will be covered. The cracked topping concrete/screed on the thickener hoppers will be partly demolished and replaced. Cracks and hollow areas in the substrate or highly porous areas will be filled. The repair work is scheduled to be carried out in 2025. The structures will be taken out of service for repairs in two construction phases. This results in a construction period of 14 weeks for the thickeners E1 and E2 and around 6 weeks for the concrete repair work for the thickener E3. Between the two construction phases and after the last construction phase, two weeks are initially planned for the re-assembly or re-assembly. Concrete repair areas: 425 m² Crack repair: approx. 50 m
