Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Subscription Of Cloud Computing Platform For Osg For Fy 2024 1. The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Republic Act (ra) No. 11975 Or The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php2,750,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Subscription Of Cloud Computing Platform For Osg For Fy 2024 / Osg Pr No. 024-04-053. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Subscription Shall Be Provided To Osg Within Ten (10) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Must Be Before The Anniversary Date Of Its Existing Cloud Platform (may 31, 2024). The Bidder Must Have Completed, Within The Last Three Years From The Submission Date And Receipt Of At Least One (1) Single Contract Of A Similar Nature Amounting To At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
