Description Invitation To Bid For [re-bidding] Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Repair, Alteration And Relocation Of Existing Fdas, And Installation Of Additional Addressable Fdas At The Osg Relocated Offices At The Convergys One Building 1. The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Republic Act (ra) No. 11975 Or The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,800,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For [re-bidding] Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Repair, Alteration And Relocation Of Existing Fdas, And Installation Of Additional Addressable Fdas At The Osg Relocated Offices At The Convergys One Building / Osg Pr No. 024-07-142. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Contractor Has Sixty (60) Calendar Days (inclusive Of Saturdays, Sundays, And Holidays) To Complete The Scope Of Work, Which Shall Commence Five (5) Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). The Bidder Shall Have A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is At Least One (1) Similar Contract, Completed Within Three (3) Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
