Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Online Philippine Legal Database Research Tool 1. The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Republic Act (ra) No. 11975 Or The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1,300,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Online Philippine Legal Database Research Tool / Osg Pr No. 024-05-077. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Shall Be Within Three (3) Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order With The List Of Users. Delay In Delivery Shall Be Subject To Penalty Equivalent To 1/10 Of 1% Of The Cost Of Undelivered Item/s For Every Day Of Delay. The Bidder Must Have A Similar Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Project The Value Of Which, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Psa’s Consumer Price Index, Must Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, Completed Within 5 Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184.
