One (1) Lot Unscheduled Replacement Of Existing Air Conditioning Units (acus) With Brand New Two (2) Units 1.5 Hp Acu, Wall Mounted, Split-type, Inverter System For Presidential Boat Terms And Condition: I. Requirements To Ensure Attainment Of The Project Objectives, The Following Are The Contractor's Minimum Qualifications: A. The Contractor Must Be An Authorized Dealer Of The Air Conditioning Unit Brand Being Offered (specify Brand, Must Be Premium Brand Or Co-equal) And Must Provide Certificate Or Equivalent Document For Distributorship/ Dealership. B. The Contractor Is Optional To Visit The Site To Verify The Actual Conditions. C. The Brand Of The Air Conditioning Units Must Be At Least Ten (10) Years In The Market Supplying, Manufacturing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning And At Least Three (3) Years In The Inverter System Technology. D. The Brand Of Air Conditioner Must Be Iso 9001:2008 – Quality Management System Certified Air Conditioning Unit Specification: 1.5 Hp Air Conditioning Units, Split Type, Wall Mounted, Inverter System, 220-240v, Single Phase, 50-60hz With Remote Control. Minimum Eer: 9 Btu/hr-w, Refrigerant 32 Or 410a, Outdoor Dimensions (wxdxh) : No More Than 700 X 552 X 256mm (due To Space Constraints) Piping Length: 30 Feet Each Unit Ii. Scope Of Work The Scope Of Work Of The Project Includes The Dismantling Of Existing Air Conditioning Units, Restoration Of Any Damage Areas Cause By The Project, Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Materials (drain With Insulation, Copper Piping With Insulation, And Electrical Piping With Insulation With Breaker) And Brand New Air Conditioning Units, And Testing And Commissioning. The Dismantled Units Must Be Turned Over To The End-user. Iii. Project Schedule The Duration Of The Project Is Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Will Take Effect Upon The Receipt Of The Po. The Delivery Schedule Must Be Within The Duration Of The Project And To Be Coordinated With The End-user And Contract Implementer By The Contractor. Iv. Warranty The Supplier Shall Provide One (1) Year Warranty On The Supplied Air Conditioning Units And Parts Against Factory Defects And Faulty Workmanship And Five (5) Years On Compressor From Date Of Acceptance. The Warranty Shall Cover The Parts And Labor For Replacement And/or Repair Of The Items Whichever Is Applicable.
