Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. In View Of The Two (2) Failed Competitive Biddings, The Office Of The President Now Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation And Bids For The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days For Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, And Lot 4 Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) And One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days For Lot 5 And Lot 7 Upon Receipt Of The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
