Description Invitation For Negotiated Procurement Three (3) Lots Supply And Delivery Of Various Aircon Parts For Cy 2024 To Be Used For The Corrective Maintenance Of Op-owned Motor Vehicles (negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings) 1. The Office Of The President, Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) Fy 2024 And/or Gaa Fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Lot 1 – ₱ 1,048,209.00, Supply And Delivery Of Various Aircon Parts Of Toyota Motor Vehicles; Lot 2 – ₱ 235,730.00, Supply And Delivery Of Various Aircon Parts Of Hyundai Motor Vehicles; And Lot 3 – ₱ 133,500.00, Supply And Delivery Of Aircon Refrigerant For Motor Vehicles; (total Of ₱ 1,417,439.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Three (3) Lots Supply And Delivery Of Various Aircon Parts For Cy 2024 To Be Used For The Corrective Maintenance Of Op-owned Motor Vehicles (re-bid) With Purchase Request No. 24-07-1008 Dated July 04, 2024. 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. In View Of The Two (2) Failed Competitive Biddings, The Office Of The President Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Working Days For Lot 1, Lot 2, And Lot 3, Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
