The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Identify And Award A Contract To A Qualified And Experienced Lead Project Manager / Content Developer And Facilitator That Will Develop Content, Curriculum, And/or Training Materials, Lead Training Exercises, And Facilitate Material To Both Virtual And In-person Large Group Audiences With A Focus In The Higher Education, National Service, Civic Engagement, And Leadership Development Sectors. The Lead Project Manager / Content Developer And Facilitator Work In Consultation With California Volunteers To Enhance Both College Corps Statewide Programming And College Corps Fellow Experience. The Lead Project Manager / Content Developer And Facilitator Will Support Events Bringing Together Thousands Of College Students Who Are Participating In The College Corps Program. These Events Are Critical Components Of The California Volunteers Strategy To Cultivate A Statewide Cohort Experience Based Upon A Shared Sense Of Identity And Purpose For A Diverse Group Of College Corps Fellows From Across California. a Maximum Amount Of $550,000 Is Available For The Duration Of The Contract Period (covering Two Cohorts Of College Corps Fellows) To Support The Execution Of The Scope Of Work Outlined In This Rfp.
