The Supplier Must Be Amenable To The Provision Of Service Depending On The Demand And Schedule Of Meeting During The Months Specified Above. * The Number Of Days Shall Be Construed As The Period Within Which The Supplier Will Provide The Meals. 2. All Meals Shall Be Served As Packed Meals And Delivered At The Specified Location. 3. All Meals Must Be Packed Individually In Sanitary, Secure, And Food-grade Containers. 4. The Supplier Must Provide Appropriate Number Of Utensils And Tissues In A Presentable Manner. 5. The Supplier Must Provide At Least Three (3) Options For The Menu; The End-user Reserves The Right To Select Its Preferred Menu Based On The Proposed Options. 6. Delivery Must Be Made On Time As Specified By The End-user. 7. Delivery Must Be Made At No Experience To The End-user. 8. The Supplier Must Be Flexible And Cater To The Dietary Restrictions. 9. The Supplier Must Be Amenable To At Least A 1-day Notice For The Provision Of Meals. 10. The Supplier Must Be Amenable To At Least A 1-day Notice For Cancellation, Postponement, Or Reschedule Of Delivery/provision Of Meals. 11. The Supplier Must Provide At Least 10 Sets Of Menu Dishes For Sampling/food Tasting And Provide Samples Of Food-grade Containers During The Post-qualification. 12. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract In Case Of Poor Performance, Or In The Event That The Need For Such Service Becomes Unnecessary.
