Description Provision Of Transportation (van Rental) For The Conduct Of Mid Year Review Of Ndrrm Fund Management System And Rrms Strategic Planning Date Of Event: 16-19 April 2024 (subject To Change Upon Confirmation Of Both Parties) Venue: To Be Determined Within Southern Leyte Province No. Of Participants: 42 Pax Requirement For The Vehicle: • Type Of Vehicle: Van • Must Be At Least 2019 Model • Must Be At Least 12-seater Van And Can Accommodate At Least 10 Pax Per Vehicle Per Trip Including Baggage • Airconditioning System Of The Vehicle Must Be Fully Functional And Operational • At Least With Usb Port For Charging Sevice Provider Must: • All Drivers Must Be Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated • Must Conduct Routine Vehicle Check-up Using Blowbagets (stand For Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brake, Air, Gas, Engine, Tire And Self) Checklist Prior To Usage • Pay For Toll And Parking Fees As May Be Necessary • Have The Vehicle Duly Registered Under The Name Of The Rental Company • Provide For Fuel, Oil And Lubricants For The Vehicles • Have Passenger Insurance • Have Early Warning Device And Portable Fire Extinguisher In The Vehicle • Provide Food And Accommodations For The Drivers • Cover All Expenses For Emergency Repair/check -up During The Period Covered.
