The Contract Is Valid From July To December 2024 Or Until The Total Contract Price Is Consummated, Whichever Comes First. 2. In The Event That The Procuring Entity Identifies The Supplier Not Performing Satisfactorily, Or The Service Is No Longer Needed, The Pe Maintains The Right To Terminate/end The Said Contract. 3. Timely Deliveries Are Strictly Observed. Late Deliveries Of Goods May Not Serve Its Purpose; Therefore, Consecutive Late Deliveries Shall Be Deducted From The Billing Statement And A Ground For Cancellation Of Contract. 4. The Supplier Must Provide Actual Sample For Food Tasting During Pq Inspection. 5. The Supplier Must Be Accessible To The Ocd New Admin Building, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City For Fast Delivery And Avoid Food Spoilage. 6. The Supplier Must Be Flexible With Dietary Requirements Of The End-user. 7. The Supplier Shall Ensure The Quality And Freshness Of Food To Be Served. 8. The Supplier Shall Observe And Maintain Proper Hygiene And Sanitation At All Times. Meals And Snacks Requirements: 1. The Supplier Shall Provide Fresh Meals And Snacks With No Foreign Element (i.e., Insect, Molds, Human Hair, Etc.) Present In Food. The Packed Meals Must Be Properly Sealed, Presentable And Clean, Packed In Biodegradable, Environment Friendly And/or Reusable Containers With Cutleries. 2. Beverage Must Be At Least 500ml Of Fresh Fruit Juice Or Lemon/apple Green Tea Or Sago't Gulaman. Delivery Arrangement: * The End-user Must Inform The Service Provider Of The Food (meals/snacks) To Be Served, As Well As The Quantity, At Least Five (5) Hours Prior The Time Of Delivery. * The Service Provider Must Be Able To Accommodate Short Notice Order Such As Pm Snacks And Dinner. * The Service Provider Shall Deliver According To The Delivery Schedule As Follows: Lunch: 11:00 Am Pm Snacks: 1:30 Pm * Place Of Delivery: Ocd New Admin Building, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City * Delivery Will Commence Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Payment Terms: * The Service Provider Shall Be Paid Based On The Actual Number Of Meals/snacks Delivered Upon Submission Of Billing Statement / Sales Invoice On A Monthly Basis Through Send Bill Policy. * All Quoted Price Must Be Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes, Fees And Charges.
