Contract Is Valid From July To December 2024 Or Until The Total Contract Price Is Consumed, Whichever Comes First. 2. In The Event That The Food Delivered Is Of Low Quality, The Service Provider Does Not Perform Satisfactorily, Or If There Is No Longer A Need For The Service Provider, The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Pre-terminate The Contract. 3. The Service Provider Must Provide The End-user The Available Food Menu Upon Request. 4. The Service Provider Must Be Within Quezon City And Accessible To The Ocd New Administration Building (nab) For Faster Delivery And Avoid Food Spoilage. 5. The Service Provider Must Be Flexible With The Dietary Requirements Of The End-user Especially For Short Notice Orders. 6. Proper Hygiene And Sanitation Must Be Observed And Maintained At All Times. 7. All Quoted Prices Are Inclusive Of Applicable Taxes, Duties, Delivery Charges And Such Other Applicable Charges. Packaging Requirement: • The Service Provider Shall Provide Fresh Meals And Snacks With No Foreign Element (i.e., Insect, Molds, Human Hair, Etc.) Present In The Food, It Must Be Properly Sealed, Presentable And Packaged In Biodegradable Containers With Cutleries And Napkins. Delivery Arrangement: • The End-user Must Inform The Service Provider Of The Type Of Food (meals/snacks) As Well As The Exact Quantity Of Food Packs To Be Delivered At Least Five (5) Hours Prior To The Time Of Delivery. • The Service Provider Shall Deliver At The 6/f Ocd New Administration Building, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City According To The Following Delivery Schedules:  For Am Snack, Must Be Delivered By 9:00 A.m.  For Lunch, Must Be Delivered By 11:00 A.m.  For Pm Snack, Must Be Delivered By 1:00 P.m. • The Delivery Will Commence Upon The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
