OR b) 40% of the estimated contract value i.e. Rs. 1,41,95,013/- (Rupees One Crore Fourty One Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Thirteen Only) in multiple contracts in one financial year.
5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 3% of the estimated value of contract.
6. Security Deposit: 5% of the estimated value of the contract i.e. Rs.17,74,377/- in form of crossed Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt(FDR) and 5% of the estimated value of the contract i.e. Rs.17,74,377/- in form of an irrevocable and unconditional Bank Guarantee. Formulas:
