The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: - The bidder shall have minimum 02 (Two) number of Transport Vehicles with capacity to carry foodgrains of quantity to the tune of 9 M.T. or more at a time registered in his/her name to participate for this tender. - Additional requirement of vehicles can be availed on hire basis. - The vehicles should have National or State permit for transportation. - The bidder shall have Registration Certificate under relevant acts and rules issued by the State Transport Authority or Regional Transport Authority to operate in more than one region of the state. Additionally, the tender also mentions the following formulas for Additional Performance Security (APS): - When the bid amount is less than the estimated cost put to tender, the bidders who have quoted less bid price / rates then the estimated cost put to tender shall have to furnish the exact amount of differential cost i.e. estimated cost put to tender minus the quoted amount as Additional Performance Security. - The following table is applicable in connection with deposit of Additional Performance security: - Range of Difference Between the estimated cost put to tender and Bid amount: 1. Below 5%: No Additional Performance Security 2. From 5% and above and below 10%: 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount) 3. From 10% upto 14.99%: 150% of (Difference between estimated Cost put to tender and Bid Amount)
