The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 627.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 251.00 Lakhs for drilling work and Rs. 376.00 Lakhs for electrical work, which is 40% and 60% of the value mentioned for a single prime contractor, respectively. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 500 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the qualifying quantity would be 0.4 x 500 x 12/6 = 400 nos bore well. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages, and their available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should submit proof of their work experience, including detailed correspondence address, fax number, and email of the authority issuing the certificate. The bidder should also submit annual I.T. Return of the last 5 years for assessment of financial soundness and furnish other documents. The bidder's work experience and financial soundness will be assessed based on the documents submitted. The bidder should have a satisfactory completion record and should not have any pending criminal cases against them. The bidder should submit a declaration that no near relatives are working in the cadre of a Junior Engineer and above in the organization. The bidder should not have any record of performance such as absconding from work, works not properly completed as per contract, inordinate delays in completion, financial failure. The bidder should not have produced any false/fake certificates in their tender. The bidder should not have any pending litigation against them for non-payment to agencies/laborers. The bidder should submit original certificates and other credentials furnished along with the tender as and when required to verify. Failure to produce original documents in time will lead to disqualification. The required prior work experience values and percentages of similar works completed are: - Rs. 627.00 Lakhs (40% of the proposed contract value) for a single prime contractor
