The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, as indicated in Schedule-A, and experience in similar major items of works, as indicated in Schedule-B(B). To qualify for the award of the contract, each bidder should have similar work experience in the last five years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed similar work (not less than 80% of the original contract value) as a prime contractor, with at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 174.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value at the 2024-25 price level. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have completed not less than 80% of the original contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution.
