The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 133.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 53.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have executed similar electrical works of value not less than Rs. 80.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed similar works, and the value of these works will be considered in the assessment of their bid capacity. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder's previous works will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder is required to furnish a certificate from an authority to support their work experience for the last 5 years. The bidder needs to provide documents showing details of similar work experience, which includes the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder is required to have similar work experience as mentioned in SCHEDULE-A and completion of similar major item of work as mentioned in SCHEDULE-B(B). The bidder should demonstrate having sufficient financial background, work experience in Bore Well scheme, and sound working record of completion of works in time.
