The bid capacity required includes: 1. Average annual turnover: ₹ 50 Crore from System Integration business, calculated as (Total Turnover for the last three financial years) / 3. 2. Net Worth: Positive in the last three financial years. 3. Technical Capability: - Minimum one project of similar nature, not less than ₹ 8,00,00,000/- - Minimum two projects of similar nature, not less than ₹ 6,00,00,000/- - Minimum three projects of similar nature, not less than ₹ 4,00,00,000/- Formulas for evaluation: - Total cost = (Unit cost + Taxes as applicable) - In case of a Tie of the bid price for L1, the bidder with the lowest price after negotiation will be awarded the contract. - Arithmetical errors will be rectified on the basis: “If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price of any item that is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, the unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected accordingly.” Additionally, the proposed storage should have a minimum of 1PiB usable capacity using NVMe SSD Drives in RAID 6, excluding all overheads like RAID parity and file system, and be scalable up to a minimum of 4PiB usable capacity from DAY-1 using only NVMe drives.
