Nuclear Fuel Complex Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work during the last 7 years. The experience criteria include: (1) One completed similar work not less than 80% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 3.04 Crores, (2) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2.28 Crores, (3) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1.52 Crores. The similar work is defined as "Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ventilation or HVAC system". The value of executed work will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The average annual financial turnover should be at least 100% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 3.8 Crores during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending with 2023-24. In-house work experience shall not be considered as valid experience for the purpose of qualification. The experience of joint venture will be considered, and in such case, the experience of only the bidding entity for qualification is taken. Experience of work by subletting will be considered for Govt. works only, with approval for subletting the work certified by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
