The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work during the last 7 years. The experience criteria include: (1) One completed similar work not less than 80% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 3.8 crores, (2) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2.9 crores, (3) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1.9 crores. The similar work is defined as "Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ventilation or HVAC system". The value of executed work will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover should be at least 100% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 4.8 crores during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the work, i.e., Rs. 1.92 Crore, as solvency.
