The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid has the following values and formulas: 1. The bidder should have executed Civil works with: - Single (01) order, of executed value not less than ₹ 206 Lakhs - OR Two (02) orders, each of executed value not less than ₹ 129 Lakhs - OR Three (03) orders, each of executed value not less than ₹ 103 Lakhs 2. The average annual turnover (AATO) of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, shall not be less than ₹ 257 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in the erection/maintenance of at least one pump with a motor rating of 75 kW or above, and must have a Provident Fund code (PF code) number and a GSTIN number. Execution of earth work / road works in isolation will not be considered, and other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years should not be less than ₹ 257 Lakhs (Rupees Two Crores and Fifty Seven Lakhs). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of past experiences, including authentic Work Orders/Purchase Orders/Letter of Awards/Contract Agreements, client certificates, completion certificate, etc. in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements.
